2022年2月27日11时6分，那段特殊的声音搭载长征八号远二火箭胜利发射，“光亮影院”的声音第一次响彻太空。如许的片子收场，你或许有一些目生，但关于视障伴侣来说，那是他们进进片子世界的一把钥匙。
据统计，中国有1700多万视障人士，他们同样有精神文化方面的需求。2017岁尾，名为“光亮影院”的公益项目正式启动。
500多名高校师生意愿者参与此中，在片子对白和音响的间隙，插进声音讲述，造成无障碍片子。
【同期声】老苍生兴奋地夺着报纸，高远挠住一张报纸，看着报纸上，我国第一颗原枪弹爆炸胜利的新闻，热泪盈眶。
“光亮影院”每年造造完成104部无障碍片子，那意味着视障伴侣均匀每周能赏识2部无障碍片子，到达以至超越明眼人的看影次数。
2022年9月29日，“光亮影院”公益点播专区在全国有线电视上线，无障碍片子通过有线收集进进全国视障人士的家。
【同期】那是党和国度开展残疾人事业、文化事业、人权事业的大事，是无障碍新闻传布范畴的功德，也是办事全国1700多万盲人伴侣的实事。
在线下公益放映活动中，我们熟悉了在盲校上学的孙铭晗同窗。在“光亮影院”的搀扶帮助下，孙铭晗历经屡次操练走进了“光亮影院”的灌音棚，讲述了她本身对“光亮影院”的理解和感触感染。

关于盲人孩子们而言，走进影院，看看一部无障碍片子，是他们参与社会生活，享受平等文化权力的重要路子。
将来，“光亮影院”意愿者将陆续深耕无障碍片子造造与传布，为我国无障碍事业开展奉献青年力量，为文化强国建立助力！

Guangming Cinema: Audio deions bring cinema alive to the visually impaired
[Voiceover] “ Perceiving colors through sound and art through listening— Welcome to Guangming Cinema. I’m your narrator for today, Cai Yu, a PhD candidate from Communication University of China (CUC). I’m joined by some CUC students. ”
This special sound clip was launched into the space with the carrier rocket Long March-8 Y2. Voices from the Guangming Cinema were sent to every corner of the universe for the first time. Such movie openings may appear strange, but to the visually-impaired, this is a key that opens doors to the world of movies.
Statistics show that there are more than 17 million visually-impaired Chinese. This gave birth to a public welfare project called Guangming Cinema in 2017. More than 500 university faculty and student volunteers participated in the project, interjected their narrations between dialogues and sounds to complete accessible movies.

Guangming Cinema boasts an annual production capacity of 104 accessible movies, which means there are on average up to two movies available weekly for the visually-impaired. On September, 2022, Guangming Cinema’s on-demand public welfare module was launched on cable TV nationwide, making accessible movies available at home.
[Voiceover] This is a major event for the Party and the country to promote the causes of the visually-impaired, along with cultural and human rights. It is good for barrier-free news communication, and also a practical effort to serve more than 17 million visually-impaired across the country.

At one of the offline screening events, we met Sun Minghan, a student attending a school for the visually-impaired. Having benefited from Guangming Cinema, Sun has walked into the recording studio many timesto share her knowledge and take on the Cinema.
[Voiceover] Hello everyone, my name is Sun Minghan.
For the visually-impaired, going to cinemas to enjoy movies is not only an important way to get involved in social activities but also an invaluable access to equal cultural rights like everyone else.
In the future, Guangming Cinema volunteers will continue to focus on accessible movie production and promotion, empowering China’s ambition to develop the accessible movie niche as well as its strong socialist culture.
