MTS - Software Engineer – CPD ESX Networking
Roles and Responsibilities:
#8226; Maintain and enhance ESX kernel network stack
#8226; Advance Ethernet device drivers to support hardware enhancements.
#8226; Fix product defects resulting from partner certification or internal qualification.
#8226; Provide root cause analysis and software resolution to customer escalated defects.
#8226; Contribute to update and patch releases for the VMware product line.
Requirements
#8226; 4+ years’ experience as an UNIX network device driver engineer
#8226; Strong command of UNIX network debugging tools techniques
#8226; Good command of network architecture components
#8226; Knowledge of source maintenance practices
#8226; Strong team player
#8226; Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple outstanding tasks
#8226; Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills required
#8226; Fluent oral and written English.
#8226; B.S. in computer science, engineering or math (M.S. preferred)
