中层管理者遇到有野心、不懂得尊重领导的下属应该怎么处理？
您的问题太经典了。我也犯过和您一样的错误。
那就是，我是管理者，是你们的领导，所以，我要样样比你们高明，我行，你们没我不行！
因为我比你们行，所以你们必须得尊重我！
以这种心态带95后的团队，百分之百带不好！
如何获取下属对自己的尊重和信任？
一样米养百样人，作为团队的管理者如果你的手下都是一模一样的唯命是从的乖乖仔，作为管理者，你是觉得自己成功了，还是失败了？
作为团队的管理者，如果你的手下没了你就不行，离了你就不转，你是觉得自己成功了，还是失败了？
我非常欣赏一句话：管理者，就是通过别人完成工作的人。
子曾经曰过：君子求诸己，小人求诸人。
有问题，我们身为管理者，先要从自身检讨。
说实话，这个问题也一直是我纠结的问题，作为我本人，性格比较宽厚，对待下属是真心的以培养他们为导向，可是我的下属不是被公司调到其他更重要的片区，就是跑出去自己创业了。
也曾经痛苦的反思过，也总结了那么一条两条的经验，直到看到这个工具。沟通视窗（Johari Window）
其中的开放区域越大，管理者获得的尊重与信任越大。我感触最深的就是隐秘区域，这是作为管理者，甚至是作为沟通双方最容易犯错的区域。
隐秘区可以分成三层。最底层又称为DDS（dark deep secrets）这一部分好理解，谁心里没有点不能说的事呢。
中间一层是不好意思说，我知道你身上有问题，可是碍于面子，我不好意思让你知道，这就要分场合，看情形决定说还是不说。
最上一层是最有害的，是忘了说。也就是我们通常所说的知识的诅咒。通俗讲就是，我以为你应该知道，所以我就没必要说了，直接下命令了，结果你根本不明白如何去做。
就像我曾经做过的，为了磋磨一下我一个下属的心性，就把他冷藏了一段时间，结果，他以为我卸磨杀驴，辞职出去创业了。
现在想想，悔死了。
所以，要想获得下属的信任和尊重，根据乔哈里视窗这个工具，就是要通过沟通，减少隐秘区，通过沟通减少自己的盲区。积极挖掘自己的未知潜力区，来达到扩大开放区，获取信任和尊重。
